Our staple: Made with white & a touch of whole wheat flour, sea salt, and a blend of herbs & spices. This dough makes any combination delicious.
Rosemary Parmesan (Seasonal – late summer fall)
Fresh rosemary, sea salt, fresh cracked black pepper, and premium shredded Parmesan cheese.

Red – Crushed tomatoes, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, herbs and spices. This is our version of a classic red. Full bodied and a little sweet its our go to for traditionalists.
Spicy Red* – Our red with the addition of our Papas Angry Sauce. It’s tasty HOT!
Rustic – Strip tomato, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fresh garlic. Simple, and delicious. (Great with fresh basil.)
Alfredo* – Fresh rosemary, sea salt, cracked black pepper, and premium shredded cheese. (a creamy alternative to traditional pizzas)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil – The base for a traditional white pizza.
Pesto* – Fresh basil, parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil and garlic (pine nut free).
Creamy Pesto* – Our Alfredo and Pesto blended.
Blush* – Our Alfredo and Red blended. (Fan favorite!)
BBQ – Our favorite BBQ sauce with our red sauce.
Creamy Buffalo* – Our Alfredo and spicy Buﬀalo sauce blended.
Papa’s Angry Sauce* – Our amazing house made hot sauce. Leading with ﬂavor and followed by intense heat this is a great addition to any pizza that needs to be spicier.

These combinations come from tradition, inspiration and sometimes crazy. Don’t like what you see? Change it! The brick oven is tricky and hot and not all pizzas are meant for it, however with Take and Bake there are more options but not everything.
